Hi @akashv3790,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP Omen Gaming Hub is showing high CPU temperatures of 95-100°C while gaming, it is likely that your computer is experiencing thermal throttling, which can result in decreased performance and even damage to your hardware if left unchecked.

Here are some steps you can take to address this issue.

  • Check your computer's cooling system: Make sure that your computer's fans are working properly and that they are not obstructed by dust or other debris. You may also want to consider using a cooling pad or stand to help improve airflow.
  • Adjust your graphics settings: High graphics settings can put more strain on your CPU and GPU, resulting in higher temperatures. Consider lowering your graphics settings to reduce the load on your system.
  • Limit your framerate: A higher framerate can also put more strain on your CPU and GPU. Consider using a framerate limiter to cap your framerate and reduce the load on your system.
  • Use software to monitor your system: There are several software programs available that can help you monitor your system's temperatures and performance, such as HWMonitor, Core Temp, or MSI Afterburner. Use these programs to keep an eye on your system's temperatures and adjust your settings accordingly.
  • Consider repasting your CPU: If your computer is still experiencing high temperatures after taking the above steps, it may be time to repaste your CPU. This involves removing the old thermal paste and applying new paste, which can help improve the heat transfer between your CPU and cooler.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
