my omen gaming hub is showing high cpu temp of 95-100 while gaming ?

do when i plug in my laptop the cpu temp skyrockets  it usually sits at 65 and when i plug it 95-100. i have approached the near by service centre to see if they can do anything and they told me contact the customer service and i did  as they told me and customer service guy did some test on the laptop and told me reset it and i did but now also its showing the same spikes in cpu  temperatures.
