my ram usage too high every time when i try to run a game it supposed to work fine it freeze .

If you're gaming on this, you're using the wrong PC to do that.  Your model has integrated Intel UHD graphics -- which are not good for gaming.  Read this article about that:  https://www.quora.com/Are-Intel-UHD-graphic-processors-good-enough-for-gaming
