myHP App

I have an HP Envy x360 with windows 10 64bit.

When I use the myHP app and try to sign in, I manage to use my username and password, but when my credentials are processed I receive an error and the login fails ("Field validation error", see the pre-last slide below).

Note that the credentials are correct (are those of the account I am writing from) and also note that when using wrong credentials I receive a different error (see the last slide, which is what I see when using wrong credentials).
