myHP - Field Validation Error

Hello everyone. 

this is my first post on this platform. Here comes the issue:

Whenever i am trying to sign on myHP app on my PC. I always end with getting this on my screen:

Translated: "field validation error"

The username and password, which i am writing is correct. 

But when i try to sign on hp.com. It works. But when it comes to the app, it says error.

I hope someone will help me. I am a student and bought this pc to study.

Hi everyone

The myHP app changed from yesterday. Its logo and inside the app is changed suddenly. Now i am able to sign on my account inside the app.
