I recently purchased a HP Dragonfly Pro laptop. It has four buttons, three of which essentially lead to the myHP program. Unfortunately, every time I try to open the program, it takes more than a full minute to open and the program lacks any features or options. HP advertises the app as the place to adjust your audio settings, change what the programmable key on the Dragonfly Pro does, and it's supposed to have a dedicated 24/7 support live chat built in. Ironically. the one time I need it I can't even access it since that doesn't exist on the myHP app. I've tried installing and reinstalling and updating my drivers, but nothing seems to work. Does anyone have any experience or solutions to this problem?
