ok so i just purchashed the notebook and on going through all the prompts to get it up & running it asked me what country i wanted the laptop configuired to.. i am in australia but i couldnt see australia on the list, so i just put in U.S.. So i went to download a anti virus online, so my problem is  with the billing it wont let type in my postcode, only american postcodes and only american cities.. so how do i go back to that setting???

Don't worry I'll try to help you out.

 

Did you make any software or hardware changes on your PC?

 

Where did you purchase your laptop from is it the US or from Australia?

 

Please provide the product number of your PC to assist you better.

 

As you mentioned after setting up your new PC. You have issues entering the country code.

 

Try the steps recommended below to change the country settings.

 

Step 1: Go to Settings, then ‘Time & language’

Step 2: Select ‘Region and language’ on the left navigation pane

Step 3: Under ‘Windows and apps might use your country or region to give you local content’ select your new region.

 

Refer this article to know more information about changing language on windows 10.
