Product: Hp probook 450 G 7 i7 10th gen.
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My notebook comes with windows 10 home 64 bit preinstalled, ai that time I could see all the OEM information including HP logo, but after I upgrade to pro I can not see all the OEM infomation, is there any way so that I can get back all the OEM info back ? please help !

Hello

 

if you bought the unit with WIndows 10 Home, HP preinstalled that OS in the factory and in the bUIOS setting there is a Product key about Windows 10 Home HP Oem.

 

if the you upgraded to Windows 10 Pro, you are not using anymore the license from HP but you new license about Win 10 Pro which is not HP anymore.

 

what OEM information are you looking for ?
