Product: HP laptop Desktop-KSHVOOO
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm not technically astute.  Got HP laptop but can't send or receive emails on it???  The mail app shows up with boxes and my contact are in there, but I can't send or receive emails.  What do I need to do?

Hi,

 

You have to configure/setup it first using your existing email address(es). Please use the following instructions:

 

    https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Set-up-email-in-Mail-for-Windows-10-7ff79e8b-439b-4b47-8ff9...

 

You can configure more than one account, for example you can use Hotmail, Yahoo and Gmail ... from this app.
