Product: HP laptop Desktop-KSHVOOO
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm not technically astute.  Got HP laptop but can't send or receive emails on it???  The mail app shows up with boxes and my contact are in there, but I can't send or receive emails.  What do I need to do?
