Hello @forum1111111

Does this happen with the charger connected or battery only?

Hello @forum1111111

My options are exhausted...

You should document exactly when the computer crashes and what programs were used before or if it just happens randomly. If the behavior does not change, there is a combined problem: Windows operating system and hardware. In case of a valid warranty, <HP> should find a solution for it. If you don't have a warranty, you might consider switching to a different model or manufacturer.

Kind regards
