one of your disks is at risk(SMART event)

new laptop buy from the first day an error message pop-up "one of your disks is at risk (SMART event).Please open Inten Opten Memory and storage system. But when I open  Inten Opten Memory and storage system then view 'your storage system functioning normally and your system is not intel opten memory ready ,the following requirements were not meet ,there is no valid disk pairs in your system.

I am having this same issue.

I opened the app: Intel Optane Memory and Storage and apparently my laptop isn't even using any Optane memory.  

So, I just turned off notifications inside the app after checking the settings given. 

I haven't seen another error message.

I think it may be an overlooked mistake when adding the Optane Memory App on the computer as it doesn't have Optane Memory. (at least on my laptop)
