pilote RST non trouve , non compatible avec mon pc

j'ai acheté mon ordi, mais li vient sans os , a chaque fois j'essaie d''installer un système , il me dit que mon ordi manquer un pilote intel 

je ne trouve pas le pilote répertorié sur le site hp support , le pilote manquant est RST

I do not believe that notebooks with the Celeron N4000 processors use the Intel RST driver.

If they do, then this would be the one that has any chance of working.

Ça Ne fonctionne pas ,qq je peux faire ? Ça bloque à l’installation avec la demande d’installation d’un pilote .

Your notebook should not need any kind of storage controller driver to install Windows 10.

Your PC is supported by the HP Cloud Recovery Tool which you can on another Windows PC running Windows 7 64 bit or newer to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.

Here is an info link for how to use that utility.  You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive to create the recovery media with.
