problem installing 4 drivers

I install all of my drivers, but I have a problem with installing 4 of my drivers, what are the properties of these listed in blow. please help me.

Hi:

For the base system devices you need this driver...

The JMicron Media Card Reader Driver enables the integrated media card slot on supported notebooks with supported operating systems.

For the bluetooth, make sure that you have installed the applicable model bluetooth driver for the model wireless network adapter your notebook has.

If you have done that already, the only suggestion I can offer, would be to see the info from Microsoft at the link below...
