Hi all,
purchased a refurbished laptop thru Woot and then purchased an extended warranty for it thru HP.COM. HP took my money but never received any paperwork or instruction on how to activate it (laptop still pops-up messages showing warranty as expired).
what do i need to do to activate the warranty? Am i suppose to receive instructions and/or paperwork?
thanks.
