I have an HP Spectre 360 have exactly the same problem 11-12-2021 has support got an answer?
Originally the HPSA was shown and functioned if I was logged in as administrator but when i logged in to my account it was no where to be seen. So I uninstalled it as Administrator having downloaded sp136195. tried to install but got the response referred to.
What is the fix and how do we get it installed, without it we will not get any notifications about upgrades to win 11 etc.
