Product: Example: Pavilion 6530HP Notebook 17-bs153cl
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Upgraded to Win11(ha) and regretted it..performed a "go back". Most s/w fine but HP SMART is now not functional and will not uninstall or re-install. Have followed procedure at

I need to have scanner to Notebook working even if without HP Smart. Any ideas?
