I have a Kobo e-reader, I can access my account via my iphone on Safari network but when on my HP Laptop, "Kobo", cannot be accessed for me to enter my account?
Kobo have said I need to remove a restriction that's been put on but I do not know how or what to do?

Kobo is NOT a product from HP, you have to ask Kobo. But please try the following Guide first
