I recently upgraded to windows 11 - only to find i could no longer detect my external monitor - reverted to windows 10 and STILL unable to detect monitor. I have spent 6+ hours with 4 different microsoft agents and have downloaded hp graphics driver...anyone else had this experience and know of solution???

Sorry, but there is no simple solution to this -- either Windows sees the external monitor(s) or it does not.  If it does not, there is nothing you can do to force it.  You could try replacing the video cable to see if that is the issue, or if the monitor has different video input jacks, then try using a cable with different connector plugs.

The drivers are useless as a monitor is a "dumb" hardware device and does not use drivers.
