If I reset my HP 360 laptop back to factory settings to give to another person, will it remove any files of software from the new HP x360?
Thank you.

Hello
in theory if it is a recovery, factory, everything is erased!
only, we can always recover some data with specialized software
Remains to be seen, because not everyone will try to try, but some users advise at best to replace the system disk, only not everyone can afford it, and it depends on the resale price...
An option remains a complete formatting with special software perhaps, and then using a USB recovery key, to be provided if possible, but this is not 100% effective.
