Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Tried everthing - reloaded sp 71729 - and the drivers - assuming i have updated drivers?

Hi:

 

If the fingerprint sensor driver is installed, the only suggestion I can offer, would be to try a newer version of the W10 Simplepass software...
