Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

there was HP Simple pass for finger scanning, but some how it is not working after upgrading to windows 10 from windows 7. How can i reinstall or download finger scanner, thanks

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:  

You can restore the previous driver by using the rollback option.

  1. Open Device Manager, click Start > Control Panel > Device Manager.
  2. Expand the Biometric devices,  
  3. Double-click on your synaptic fingerprint sensor,
  4. Select the Driver tab.
  5. Click Roll Back Driver to restore.
