Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Hello there, I am having an issue with the USB-C Multi-functional HUB that I have just purchased. 
 
Maybe some customization is required?  It says that the USB device you have connected is not being recognized. But, I have all screens working ( Laptop (a) + Screen 1 (b) + Screen 2 (c).
 
I have Windows 11, and my laptop is an HP Envy Laptop PC 17- cg1000.
 
Can you assist me? I have plugged and unplugged the device and also re-started windows. It's not affecting work, but it keeps popping up, and doesn't want to just remove the notification.
