As you are unable to access the Recovery Manager, you will need recovery media.  If you did not create recovery media, please contact HP Support to obtain a recovery kit. Fill out the online form and in the brief description box, inquire about a recovery kit.

well the darndest thing happened. QuickWeb just decided not to appear again on powerup!!! I did check the bios and the QuickWeb did not get a mention in the bootup section. I will try to open up QuickWeb and change my password just in case it decides to act up again. Thanks so much for your help !!!

Thank you for the update.  I am happy to help anyway I can.

 

 Once you have Quick Web working again, I suggest you create a restore point to be able to use in the future, should there be an issue. HP PCs - Using Microsoft System Restore (Windows 10, 😎.Please let me know if this continues to happen.
