subscription for Microsoft office student and home . But recently I reset my laptop due to internal issue . And i forgot username and password of that account now what should I can do how i can recover that account

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

 

Reset Password:

Go to Microsoft's password reset page.

Enter your email address and follow the instructions to get a reset code via email or phone.

Use the code to reset your password.

Account Recovery:

If you don't have access to the email/phone, use the Account Recovery Form: Fill out the form here.

Provide details about your account to help Microsoft verify it.

Check Saved Logins:

If your login details were saved on your laptop, check Windows Credentials:

Go to Control Panel > User Accounts > Credential Manager.

Try Different Emails:

If you have multiple email addresses, try logging in with other ones you might’ve used.

Contact Microsoft Support:

If you're stuck, you can contact Microsoft Support for help: Microsoft Support.
