HP Recommended

 

 After installing Windows 10 and then updating to 11, the device manager is constantly "flashing" (updating). I couldn't find anything in the events log, nothing is displayed. Nothing is connected to the laptop, the system installed all the drivers itself, I tried many methods - they don't help. I can't get into the BIOS, I don't know the password for it.
