touchpad stop working need i guess software updated

I'd be glad to help you! 

 

Uninstall keyboard and touchpad drivers:

  1. Right-click Start.
  2. Select Device Manager.
  3. Expand the Keyboards category.
  4. Right-click the keyboard you want to repair.
  5. Select Uninstall.
  6. Find your touchpad drivers.
  7. Right-click them, and select Uninstall.
  8. Click Start.
  9. Select Restart on the power button icon.
  10. Let the computer restart after which Windows will reinstall the keyboard driver.

 

Download the touchpad drivers from the HP website and install it:- Click here
