Hi, @tipurmadan

You need these drivers:

Unknown:

This will install HP 3D DriveGuard, which provides protection for a notebook computer's internal disk drive if the computer is accidentally dropped or abruptly hits another object. This package is available on supported notebooks with supported operating systems.

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp57001-57500/sp57232.exe

Intel MEI - sp55100 should have installed the PCI Simple Comms Controller device.

Try manually installing the driver as follows...

Go to the device manager, click on the PCI Simple Comms Controller needing the driver.

Click on the driver tab.  Click on Update Driver.

Select the Browse my computer for driver software option, and browse to the driver folder that was created when you ran the file.

That folder will be located in C:\SWSetup\sp55100.

Make sure the Include Subfolders box is checked and see if the driver installs that way.

The driver has support for the following MEI hardware ID and your notebook's device should have the same ID.

[Intel.NTamd64]
; DisplayName Section DeviceId
%HECI_DeviceDesc%=HECI_DDI_x64, PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1C3A

Maybe you can install the HP Support Assistant to install all the drivers that you need?
