So just this morening I was prompted to update my amd program.
This update has been avalible for a while, but it has not installed because my secerity program was blocking it!
I only noticed today, and corrected it.
The program froze when it was nearly compleated downloading the update!
It would not get off the screan, and I was trying to do my online collage class so I restarted the computer.
Now it never boots correctly, it will just disply the hp logo and the loading animation, then when it should go to the login screen it's just blank exept for the loding animation! I discovered the login is there but not displayed!
When I login it just stays blank and gives me brief flashes of my desktop, or it will display my desktop, but I can not access anything!
I tried ctrl+alt+delete, but all that has done was make the screan white!
Also When I press f11 during startup it do's not do anything!
I do not have any recovery medea for that computer!
It is only a few mounths old, and has worked geat exept today!
Please help!

Hello Dragonpc
To fix this issue, reinstall the operating system by using HP Recovery.
This will return the laptop back to the way it was at purchase.
With the power cord plugged in, rapidly tap the Esc key as you turn on the computer until the Startup Menu appears.
Choose F11 for System recovery.
Follow the prompts.
You will lose any data on the drive if its not backed up to an external source. Any third party programs will have to be reinstalled also.
Let me know if you have any other questions.
