Hi Sandy Tech
Thank you for your response. The operating system of my chromebook is Chrome OS, and this device model does not
get automatic updates anymore to be able to upgrade to 109.05414.23, which it is the one needed for I to continue
to use this chromebook to watch Amazon prime video. An acquaintance told me something about getting a Linux Beta platform to attain this upgrade. Please share thoughts
Thanks again

@Cloudy531
I understand that you want to update the Chrome OS, I am glad to assist you.
Check for updates yourself
- Turn on your Chromebook.
- Connect your Chromebook to Wi-Fi.
- At the bottom right, select the time Settings .
- At the bottom left, select About ChromeOS.
- Under "Google ChromeOS," find which version of the Chrome operating system your Chromebook uses.
- Select Check for updates.
- If your Chromebook finds a software update, it will start to download automatically.
It is not recommended to change the OS on your Chromebook.
Keep me posted.
If this helps, please mark the public post as an accepted solution so that it benefits several others.
Cheers.
