Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

My usb ports arent working after I reinstalled my windows 7. I tried getting the drivers but I cant find them anywhere can someone help? also its not installing an intel feature

the hardware ids are:

ACPI\INT3400
*INT3400

Here are the hardware ids for the ports

Hi:

 

See if installing the chipset driver installs the ACPI\INT3400 device.  You want the 2nd driver down on the left side of the page.

Hello,

I tried installing both of these softwares but both of these aren't working. The usb driver one gives the error
"the setup program failed to install one or more drivers setup will exit"
I should also let you know the core is a 6th gen i7 because I think the driver is for 3rd and 4th generation cores.
