im using HP 246 laptop recently my laptop's battery gone bad
now i have one question to be solved.
can i use my laptop without battery by only plugged in ? is there any negative things?
will it affect my laptop?

Hello DaveImmanuel,
You can most certainly use your laptop with the power cord only plugged in and no battery.
The only thing that could happen is if your power was cut off for any reason, you might lose the data you are working on at that time.
Some people leave the battery out on purpose to prevent over charging, which is not good for a battery.
