Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently bought a 8 GB RAM,1 TB HDD, Ryzen 3 HP Laptop. I don't know much about working on laptop so I want to know that :-
(a) Can I do normal photo editing(for Instagram photography page)?
(b) Can I do normal video editing like making lyrical videos ?
(c) Can I do android developing(Android Studio)?
If I can do all three (a. b. c) then please guide me and suggest me some apps/software/website.

please let me know if  what I can use without lagging or causing any others problem to my laptop.

or suggest me ways to do normal photo editing, video editing and android developing.

It is no good for video editing software with weak CPU, RAM, Storage and video graphics hardware.

But what about photo editing.Can I do photo editing? If yes, then please name me some softwares/apps.
