???newer version of Winodws 11 ???
I have a tendency to worry when ms "suggests" an update if I do NOT know what it is for.
Is 24H2 like a service pack?
Current is 21H2 (22000.2538)

Please advise.

Windows 11 24H2 is a feature update. Similar to a service pack- it contains enhancements and improvements for Windows 11. As the operating system ages, it will constantly receive updates as part of Microsoft's maintenance strategy. You may read more here- Inside this update - Microsoft Support
