It appears to be an update to this driver...

 

HP Application Enabling Software Driver is a virtual driver that offers general custom capabilities utilized among HP applications after transferring to the Microsoft Store app with HSA architecture. This package is provided for supported computer models using a supported operating system.

 

Looks like the previous driver was:

 

HP Inc. - SoftwareComponent - 1.39.2645.0
Last Modified: 11/30/2021
