What is exactly is HP Sure Connect? What does it do? Is it necessary? The HP description is too cryptic to know why I need it.

HP Sure Connect (HP Wireless Rescue Tool) for supported. models running a supported operating system. HP Sure Connect automatically recovers the driver of a communications device that has stopped functioning.

 

It is up to you, you want to keep it or not.
