Hi @BAFH,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query.

I can recommend some backup solutions and options provided by HP. However, I don't have detailed information about other cloud storage services as my focus is on HP products and services.

Backup Options through HP:

Microsoft OneDrive:

Microsoft offers 5GB of free storage, but since you've already used this, consider freeing up space or utilizing Office 365 if available, which typically includes 1TB of OneDrive storage as part of the package. You can activate Office 365 if you have it pre-installed on your HP device.

HP PCs Built-in Backup Tools:

Windows 10/11 built-in capabilities such as File History and backups can be used. It allows you to back up files to external drives.

External Drives:

Backing up files manually to an external hard drive or USB flash drive is a cost-effective alternative. This can serve as your data repository without any recurring monthly fees.

Third-Party Cloud Storage:

  • While I cannot elaborate on non-HP services, you may consider exploring popular cloud services that offer significant storage or lifetime licenses without recurring fees, such as Amazon S3's Free Tier, or any service with pay-as-you-go plans.

Take care and have an amazing day!
