Welcome to the HP Community Forum.

The HP Support Assistant might not be able to "detect" the proper driver set.

HPSA does not do well when there is a choice that is not straight forward.

Software and drivers for HP Laptop PC 15s-fq2000 (2D118AV) shows support for both Windows 10 and Windows 11.

Click "Choose a different OS" > Select Windows 11 > Select (version) Windows 11

Checking, there are not any recent updates for Windows 11.

For example, the BIOS update is from November 2022 - available for Windows 10 when it was released.

If you need any of the Updates for your Windows 11,

Open the Software and drivers for HP Laptop PC 15s-fq2000 (2D118AV)

Click "Choose a different OS > Select Windows 11 > Select (version) Windows 11

Open "All Drivers" > "Open all"

Peruse the list - manually download, save, and install any updates you want / need.

What else?

If you want to try and convince HPSA to properly detect your setup,

Consider

Uninstall the HP Support Assistant application

Restart the computer and log in

Install a fresh copy of the HPSA application

Will that work?

Unlikely -- it is something to consider.

Uninstall HPSA Application >> Apps

Start

Uninstall the HP Support Assistant Application

Settings > Apps > Apps and Features

Search or scroll down and find HP Support Assistant

Select the unwanted app  > Uninstall the HP Support Assistant

Next,

Restart the computer and log in.

Final Check – Software / Application is Removed

After the software is uninstalled (and the computer is Restarted), check to ensure the software is actually “gone”.

Settings > Apps > Apps & features

OR

Control Panel > icon view > Programs and Features

If the software / application is found > Click to select, then Uninstall

Restart the computer and log in.

Download, Save, Install the latest supported HP version of the HP Support Assistant
