after having loaded my laptop from windows 8.1 to windows 10 the screen doesn't show at the right size as it looks before and it doesn't show the right size 1920 1080 in the screen configuration

The product specifications for your notebook indicate that it comes with a 1366 x 768 display, not a 1920 x 1080 display.

If the device manager shows an Intel graphics adapter installed and working properly and not a Microsoft Basic Display Adapter, then there is nothing wrong with your notebook's display resolution.
