Hi,  I try to do a fresh installation of win11 24h2 but i need a driver to show de hardware.

I had proved diferents intel RST drivers but noone run.

 

any idea??

Hi:

 

The Intel RST drivers are not supported for AMD platforms which is why none of them work.

 

I believe that you will need to follow the info at the link below for how to install Windows on a PC with an AI processor:

 

Installing Win 11 on HP Victus 16 with AMD Ryzen 7 CPU - Dri... - HP Support Community - 9379734

 

Here is the driver from your notebook's support page:

 

AMD Neural Processing Unit (NPU) Driver
