Hi:

 

Your notebook's processor does not meet Microsoft's W11 minimum processor requirements.

 

The minimum Intel processor requirements are 8th generation core and newer.

 

If you are interested in upgrading your PC to W11 as is, please see the method I have used to in-place upgrade several HP and Dell notebook and desktop PC's to W11 22H2 that don't meet the hardware requirements.
