error :we couldn't find a fingerprint scanner compatible with Windows Hello Fingerprint

I already have a fingerprint scanner in the laptop as it is ProBook

error; we couldn't find a camera compatible with windows Hello Face

The camera is working perfectly fine with a best quality picture

I am neither able to see the Biometric drivers in Device manager nor use it

the services.msc the biometric service is represented as Running, but where?

let me know what is the issue  windows hello fingerprint not working

1. Finger print: Did you ACTUALLY buy the option ?

2. Hello: The series does not support IR/3D webcam therefore Hello Facial Recognition won't work
