Product: HP 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-e2000 (2J4V9AV)

my windows defender is not working how can i fix it . when i try to open windows defender it Automatically pop up a notification ...Screenshot_20230105_121506.png.

 

and some time it do not show any ERROR 

it open and when i try to on Real-time protection 

 it not on it show you are using other antivirus providers. 

 

but the fact is i am not useing any other antivirus .. Screenshot_20230106_030255.png

Hi:

 

Check your Windows Control Panel>programs and see if there is any trial antivirus software installed such as McAfee.

 

If there is, you will need to uninstall it before you can turn on the Windows security program.

 

You can use the McAfee uninstall tool to properly remove McAfee products from your PC.
