HP 14s-fq0000 Laptop PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i bought this notebook and when i tried to download some drivers i met a problem on the way. HP center suggested me a several variants of hardware. AIDA 64 doesnt tell me witch SSD used in my laptop Toshiba or Intel HP, the same situation with over hardware. What can i do?

We understand that there are some issues with drivers. Please let's know what's the issue, So can share the right troubleshooting steps.

 

You can try updating the drivers on your PC using an HP support assistant.
