Got message that says  www.hp.com​/go/techce​nter/start​up , followed instruction on using f2 and all is cleared, now what do I do.

What does Fan 90 mean ?

I read your post about the fan issue, and wanted to assist you!  I understand that you are asking about the System Fan (90b) error message.

 

To start, can you provide me with the Product Number of the notebook?  Here is a link you can use that will help you find your Model and Product Number:
HP Customer Support - Products
 

The error message indicates that the system has detected that a cooling fan is not operating correctly.  Try reviewing the following document, and let me know how it goes: HP Notebook PCs - System Fan (90b) error message on startup
