Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

не работают 2 клавиши регулировки яркости, хотя все остальные fn клавиши( регулировка звука, микрофон, спящий режим функционируют)

раньше эти клавиши работали, перестали работать в момент

в настройках яркость регулируется

Hi:

 

The only suggestion I can offer would be to reinstall the HP Hotkey support driver...Restart the PC after installing the driver.

 

The HP HotKey Support (HPHKS) software provides the support for handling the Hotkeys and bezel or cap-sense buttons (fixed notebook buttons that provide quick access to a particular function when pressed) for HP business notebooks. This package is provided for supported computer models that are running a supported operating system.
