Не работают кнопки яркости на ноутбуке

Перестали работать кнопки яркости на ноутбуке. Тяжело сказать после какого именно момента, потому что переустановил windows и обновил bios. Факт я не могу нигде воздействовать на яркость экрана, хотя сами кнопки работают (отображается ползунок изменения яркости, сама яркость всегда максимальная и не меняется). Также поискав в интернете решение этой проблемы наткнулся на 9 разных способов изменения яркости, среди которых работа с regedit, где в нужной папке (путь: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SYSTEM \ ControlSet001 \ Control\Class \ {4d36e968-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318} \ 0000) отсутствуют такие параметры как: MD_EnableBrightnesslf2, KMD_EnableBrightnessInterface2, FeatureTestControl. Последний из этих параметров пытался даже внести через командную строку с правами администратора, а также в последствии менял значение этого параметра, но все оказалось безуспешно.

If you reinstalled Windows, make sure the graphics driver is installed under the display adapters device manager category.

You can't adjust the brightness unless the display adapter driver is installed.

If the display adapter driver is installed, see if installing the HP system event utility allows you to adjust the brightness with the buttons.
