Hello

I can't start my camera, i got having the error message : 0xA00F4244<NoCamerasAreAttached>

the camera does not appear int the device manager, so I'm not able to reinstall the driver

would you please help me

resolved; it was related to BIOS configuration

Hello @Adibnet,

 

Could you let us know what exact setting you found in the BIOS? This information might be helpful for others.

 

Also, could you post the specific model name or product number of the laptop? E.g. HP Spectre x360 - 13-ap0028ca or 5MT98UA#ABL

 

Information on how to find a laptop's model name or product number is detailed in this HP document. (Please do not post serial numbers on the HP Support Community. The difference between a product number and a serial number is that the product number contains a # sign)

I don't know the exact prameter in the BIOS

I did inly a restore to the initial parameters and then everything was OK
