HP Envy 13-ah0006no 13,3"
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just bought HP Envy 13-ah0006no and so far I´ve really liked it, but on the product description there was a mentioning that this particular model could support 120hz refresh rate (with brightview maybe?). I can't seem to find a solution to enable that. I've installed and updatet the integrated Intel HD graphics drivers and have also installed HP software and in windows control panel I've tried to change the refresh rate to 120hz from default 60hz, but I don't even get an option to change it to 120hz.. Am I missing something here or doing something wrong?

I bought the laptop from this site: https://www.verkkokauppa.com/fi/product/56389/kkhsv/HP-Envy-13-ah0006no-13-3-kannettava-Win-10-kulta. The site is unfortunately in finnish language, but at least there is a mentioning that this laptop supports 120hz refresh rate.

Help would be appreciated...

The official HP Specifications document makes no mention of the Refresh Rate. You can refer to this Link: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-envy-13-ah0000-laptop-pc/20283122/model/22424998/document/c0...

If it is not mentioned in the product specifications,  then this Notebook supports the default 60Hz.

Hope this clears it

Thank you so much for the quick answer. This helped me a lot. Apparently that shop had put accidentally false information regarding the refresh rate. I got a partial refund and will be keeping this laptop.
