Probook 445g6
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I've been trying to figure out the 14.9GB available ram. I thought the balance was reserved for use by the GPU but nothing i throw at my system gets GPU memory beyond 1GB. Benchmarks, Games nor apps have the effect I had hoped for. I think it used to have that effect prior to the latest bios update but no more.

Is this the largest allocation for this machine?

I'd appreciate some advice please.

Thank you

That is a known issue which is related to AMD processors. Please check the following article:.

And from Microsoft PlayReady.
