My unit went belly up any now i have this issue. I install win 10 and it works great. When i update the video driver my screen goes black. If i bring it up in safe mode and install the same driver it installs okay but in device manager is shows the monitor as an unidentified device and it shows the monitor as "monitor\boe0630".
I can not go online as win update will install the video driver and i am dead. I have imaged the hard drive so i can put it back in 2 minutes
is there any way to get a driver for the monitor?

Hp Pavillion 15-a063nr0 is an invalid model/product. Is it an HP Pavilion 15-au063nr machine ? Its specs
Where do you get video driver from ? Now, please start over again and only use drivers from

I am loading the video driver on the support web page which is biased against to my model and serial number. If i boot up in safe mode i am able to install the graphics driver and i do not get a black screen, if i exit safe mode i will see the black screen and the unit is basically inoperable
If i restore the image and try to go online the graphics driver is loaded and the black screen reappears
i installed the latest version of diagnostics and all tests run error free. I have four devices that do not have a driver and are unidentified
Any ideas?
